This is perfect for up to 4 horses! Have more than 4? Not a problem. Grab two feeders! One feeder will fit between 9 and 12 small bales (depending on exact dimensions of your hay bales). 
 
Simply put: The size of the holes in the net perfectly allow your horses to eat what they need all day without ever over or under eating. Horses that need more simply eat longer at the feeder, similar to out in the pasture. Horses that need less just won't eat as long.
